I Now See Life Differently Since Mohbad Passed Away – Bella Shmurda

Nigerian singer Bella Shmurda has revealed that the death of his close friend and regular collaborator, Mohbad, completely changed his outlook on life.

Speaking in a recent livestream with TikToker Joblaq, Shmurda shared that he is currently going through a stage of self rediscovery as a result of the loss.

He explained that he now sees life with greater clarity.

“RIP Mohbad. After he passed away, my mind reset and everything changed. The way I view life is no longer the same.

“There was a time our parents would scold us when we misbehaved and say, ‘Don’t worry, one day you will understand.’

“I’m now in that stage where I am beginning to understand. I have come to realise certain things,” he said.

Mohbad died under controversial circumstances on September 12, 2023.
