The Chairmanship flag bearer of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Ejigbo LCDA, Hon. Monsurudeen Bello (Obe) has expressed confidence in the efficiency of the Lagos State Independent Electoral Commission (LASIEC) in conducting free and fair elections across the state.
Obe said this while speaking with ECHONEWS after casting his vote at his polling unit in Fadu ward.
He said he was assured that the electoral officers would on never contravene the directives and electoral guidelines in carrying out their duties, expressing confidence that election results in Ejigbo and other local government areas/local council development areas would be devoid of any form of rigging.
He debunked all forms of negativity that might have been reported against LASIEC officials with respect to the ongoing election particularly in Ejigbo.
He appreciated the voters for their impressive conducts and well-mannered characters during the election, pledging that their perseverance and commitment would be duly acknowledged which will as well prompt his administration to ensure meeting up with all presented manifestos promised during campaign if re-elected.
