He stated that, this will motivate other youths in the community to be dedicated to their craft and pursue a noble cause to be successful in life.
“It’s a thing of joy to me. It’s a moment of fulfillment that we are able to work our talk in the areas of youth empowerment. This is a lifetime of opportunity for them to get to the peak of their career.
“The defining moment for me is the accomplishment of the purpose that we are here for today. From the beginning, throughout the process of selection we have been able to get five of our players that are resident in Odi-olowo Ojuwoye LCDA to be selected to represent a team in this international competition.
“The main purpose we demonstrated this openly is for the fact that, why most of our youths are in this syndrome of ‘Japa’ we will see that perseverance, hardwork and patience count. We can actually achieve better because this young people wouldn’t have been selected if they had traveled to anywhere in the World.
“They are only been selected because they are here and representing the locals. It’s a way of encouraging our youths that our youths should continue to be patriotic and they should continue to see that there’s a future in being dedicated.”
