Erstwhile Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Senator Oluranti Adebule, has clamoured for maintainance of ongoing projects in Lagos West District as well as promising empowerment programs to residents in the area.
The Senator who represents the Lagos West Senatorial District in the existing 10th National Assembly gave the assuring words while meeting with stakeholders from the 28 Local Governments and Local Council Development Areas which make up the district.
Adebule who became the state’s Deputy Governor from 2015 ton2019 said that the primary objective of the meeting was to engage with necessary stakeholders and inform them about empowerment programs and the progress that has been made concerning the on-going projects within the area.
At the event on Friday, she said, “This dialogue became necessary to ensure my team and indeed the constituents will join in monitoring and keeping track of these projects which includes; Health Centres at Igbolobi (a riverine area in Ojo LGA) and Ojokoro (Ifako-Ijaiye LGA), a block of classrooms at Awodi Ora, a youth centre in Badagry, as well as skills training centre at Damigoro (in Mushin LGA), amongst others within the Lagos West Senatorial District.
“Additionally, I assure you of my commitment to further attract transformative projects aimed at enhancing the quality of life of every individual within the Senatorial District.
“This collaborative effort is vital in driving our shared vision for development and prosperity within the Lagos west senatorial district.”
