FG To Begin N-Power Backlog Payments September 25

The Federal Government has assured N-Power beneficiaries that their unpaid stipends will soon be cleared, with payments set to start on September 25, 2025.
The Honourable Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, in a statement, explained that the ministry had completed a full verification and reconciliation process to ensure that only eligible beneficiaries are paid.
She said the step was important to promote transparency and accountability in handling the programme.
According to the Minister, all verified beneficiaries will get their outstanding stipends as promised. She added that the Federal Government values the efforts of N-Power participants and remains committed to addressing their concerns.
This news comes as a relief to thousands of beneficiaries who have waited for months with uncertainty about their payments.
