FCAAN Announces Free Training To 2,000 Grassroot Coaches As Founder Receives Prestigious Awards

Football Coaches Association of Africa Nations (FCAAN) has pledged to offer free coaching education to 2000 coaches across the nation. This is in line with FCAAN aim at equipping coaches with modern day techniques of the game.
The free training event is scheduled to begin in June 2025 will prioritize elementary and foundation F-courses, which will be beneficial to the 250 grassroots coaches across the Five Divisional Football Associations in Lagos state. Afterwards, the program will be extended to other states of the Federation.
CEO of FCAAN, Danny Nazzal disclosed the purpose of the free training program is to draw more coaches and let them understand the nitty gritty of the job of a Coach while placing significant importance on self growth.
President of FCAAN, Dr Terry Eguaoje was honored by the Edo State Football Association (EDFA) and Sportsville for his role in improving the knowledge of coaches and overall contributions to the development of football in Nigeria.
Eguaoje who’s also the Head of NFF coaching education department played a monumental role in attracting free CAF C license coaching certificate for women in Nigeria.
