The third edition of the Extra Quality Ramadan Cup kicked off in style as defending champions Jumez International defeated Ciroma FC by a lone goal in the opening game.
In the second game, Robo Warriors and Emo Boys All Stars had a terrific encounter as the game ended in a 1-1 fulltime draw.
Dragged to penalty shootout, Robo Warriors defeated Eko Boys All Stars 5-4.
Host team MS Success FC had a good encounter with Sangalo FC as the game finished with a barren draw.
Straight to penalty shootout, MS Success won 4-2 to seal a place in the semifinal of the third edition of the Extra Quality Ramadan Cup.
Speaking to ECHONEWS, the organizer, Musbau Oseni said the purpose of the tournament is to engage football players in the month of Ramadan.
The competition is been played at the Eko Boys high school, Mushin.
