EXCLUSIVE: Kwam1 Breaks Silence on Marriage Rumors – “Emmanuella Is Still My Only Wife”

Fuji icon King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal (KWAM1) has finally addressed swirling rumors about trouble in his marriage to Emmanuella Ropo, in an exclusive interview with journalist Stella Dimoko Korkus (SDK).

Amid speculation of a marital fallout, KWAM1 set the record straight:

“I do not have any problem with Emmanuella. The only problem that can come up in any relationship is maybe about certain rules or expectations being set. But there’s no fight or issue.”

He revealed that his current focus is on a massive resort project under construction — a dream he says demands his full attention.

“I went into hiding just to concentrate. The project is huge, and I didn’t want distractions. I told my wife to take things easy, focus on her business, and stay off social media — I did the same.”

When asked by Stella to clarify which wife he was referring to, KWAM1 made it clear:

“Emmanuella is my only wife right now.”

He went on to explain that the misunderstandings may have come from differences in priorities:

“Maybe she didn’t like my approach, and that’s her right. But at this stage of my life — I’m 68 — I can’t afford to play games. We have children in the university; one is even about to join them. Social media shouldn’t be our focus.”

Addressing rumors of jealousy or interference from other women, KWAM1 remained calm and reflective:

“They say a woman is jealous — isn’t that natural?”

When asked if he had plans to take another wife, he paused — leaving the question open-ended.
