Epe LG Chairman highlights infrastructural achievements over the last three years,

The Chairman of Epe Local Government, Princess Surah Animashaun FHTI, has highlighted her administration’s key infrastructural achievements over the last three years, with an assurance that most projects under construction would be completed as scheduled.

 

The tenure of the incumbent Chairman of Epe which has been marked by substantial development in various sectors, stands as a testament to effective leadership at the grassroots level in Lagos State.

 

Princess Surah, noted that her administration has successfully executed significant projects across various sectors, includes welfare, health, education, tourism, infrastructure, and human capital development.

 

The projects, she emphasized, have brought notable improvements to Epe community and further exposed the area to increased economic activities, better infrastructure, and enhanced social development.

 

She listed some of her achievements to include construction of block of seven classrooms built at Army Children’s School as well as the completion of renovation and rehabilitation of the Epe Customary Court.

 

” The Construction of Salaibu Lamidi Street, now equipped with solar-powered streetlights, Complete renovation of the Legislative Chambers and Rehabilitation of the Local Government Area (LGA) Council Chamber as well Construction of Ayetoro Market, featuring 100 multi-purpose shops and 175 key clamp stalls are also some of our achievements,” the Chairman added.

 

The Chairman listed other projects at different levels of completion to include Ongoing construction of Olalekan Kila Street and Animashaun Close, ongoing construction of an ultra-modern multipurpose hall and Ongoing construction of a wooden jetty at Ebute Araromi in Ladaba Village.

 

Other projects under construction according to her are: “ongoing construction of 10 units of doctors’ lodges on Olatunji Ojikutu Street, A 475-meter road stretch under construction on Adewale-Logun Street”

 

In her message of gratitude, Princess Surah Animashaun expressed appreciation to the people of Epe for their trust in electing her as their Chairman, just as she reaffirmed her commitment to deliver greater developments in the local government area
