Epe APC Promises Better Days Ahead

All Progressives Congress (APC) in Epe Local Government Area held a spirited meeting at the party’s Secretariat in Epe Paramount, . Despite the prevailing economic situation, party leaders and members, young and old, gathered to reaffirm their dedication to progress and development.

Epe LGA Party Chairman, Hon. Toyin Gbadamosi, in his welcome address, praised the local government chairman, Hon. (Princess) Surah Olayemi Animashaun, for her exemplary leadership. He highlighted the recent empowerment initiative that provided cash support to 2,000 residents, a gesture reflecting the commitment to grassroots development. Gbadamosi added, “There’s no vacancy for the Epe LG Chairman’s post. We all support Hon. Surah for a second term.” His endorsement was met with widespread approval, signaling strong local support.

Lagos APC Welfare Secretary, Hon. Kehinde Adeniyi, speaking on behalf of the State Party Chairman, addressed the gathering with optimism. “Despite the challenges caused by years of mismanagement from previous administrations, we remain hopeful for a better Nigeria. Our party is committed to overcoming these obstacles, and I urge everyone to be patient,” he said. His words resonated with attendees, emphasizing resilience and the possibility of a brighter future.

Alhaja Alaba Oluwo, APC Women Leader in Epe, lauded the contributions of women to the political process, especially under the leadership of Chairman Surah Animashaun. She urged continued resilience, saying, “Our chairperson, a woman, has shown remarkable strength. Let us continue to support her and forgive any past grievances. Unity is key for our progress.”

The party secretary, Hon. Ajisefini, appreciated the turnout from across all eight wards. He emphasized that such dedication, even during difficult times, exemplifies renewed hope for Nigeria’s future. The unanimous vote of confidence in the developmental strides of political office holders marked a new chapter of optimism, unity, and grassroots governance.
