Enhance Service Delivery: Residents Of Park View Estate Scores LWC High

Residents of Park View Estate, Ikoyi, has scored Lagos Water Corporation high in terms of improved and efficient service delivery to the residents of the areas.
This was attested to during the regular Water Quality Assurance (monitoring team) routine checks, sampling, in-situ analysis and update on water service delivered to her customers at Park View Estate, Ikoyi, today Wednesday 23rd April 2025.
While scoring the Corporation high in her uncompromising performance on improved and efficient service delivery to estate residents, as shown in the videos footage, confirmed the improved water service delivery, showing customer’s willingness to pay, paying through LWC e-payment channel (POS) and attestation to supply of safe, clean water to the public through structured interviews conducted by the Head, Corporate Affairs and Brand Management, Mrs. Kehinde Fashola, Manager Corporate Affairs, Mr. Anifowoshe Rasaq and Mr. Adeniyi Okubena, Water Quality Assurance Department.
The interview session provided the LWC Management led by the Managing Director, Engr. Mukhtaar Temitope Tijani (MTT) seamless access to information and update on public water supply to the area of the state.
Adoption of an interview as part of the exercise serves as an effective feedback mechanism for undiluted and transparency report/update about continuous improvement on service delivery to the public, particularly park view estate, Ikoyi through the committed administration of Engr. Tijani.
While commending the effort of the LWC Management for the stable, improved and efficient potable supply, the residents, however, called upon the management for the sustainability of the service and increase in the hours and days of production and supply to meet or satisfy their daily needs.
It is worthy of note that Park View Estate is being supplied by recently rehabilitated Alexander Mini Waterworks to serve Park View Estate, adjacent streets, and other adjoining areas/communities.
