Ejigbo Council Boss, Obe Bags Community Development  Service Award

The Chairman of Ejigbo LCDA, Alhaji Monsuudeen Oloyede (Obe) has got another award for his achievement in the development of his community.

The Award of Community Development Service was given to the council boss by the Rotary Club, Okota during the installation ceremony of the 37th President Club on Sunday, this week.

Obe was one of the awardees who were honoured by the Club.

According to the Club, the award is in recognition and appreciation of Obe’s community development service to the people and humanity at large.

“He is a visionary leader with pedigree that represents a beckon of hope; with the love of his people at heart, he thinks outside the box to create enabling environment for businesses to thrive.

“In the same vein, Ejigbo LCDA needs more of such energies in the subsequent administrations for consolidation of the stringent principles and legacies of Alhaji Monsurudeen Bello Obe to take Ejigbo LCDA to its promise Land – a place where security of lives and properties is a fundamental priority and social economic growths are realized.

“At this juncture, given the aforementioned analysis in perspective, it’s incumbent on the people who are the potential beneficiaries to collectively show commitments in the maintenance of all public facilities with all efforts regardless of political affiliations, creeds, faith and ethnicity.”

The Council Boss was represented by the Supervisor for Education, Mr. Ganiu Bello; Supervisor for Budget and Planning, Mrs. Joke Ndidi Adeosun and the Special Adviser for Information and Strategy, Mr. Segun Oyegbemile at the ceremony.
