Ejigbo CDC commends Obe on Dauda Iloh road upgrade

The Community Development Committee (CDC), Ejigbo, has commended and appreciated the Ejigbo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) Chairman, Hon. Monsuru Bello (Obe) for the rehabilitation and resurfacing of Dauda-Ilo/Jubril Olabisi Street, Ejigbo.
Conveying their appreciation, the CDC Chairman, Prince Jelili Atiku, said the entire members of Ejigbo CDC wished to express their deepest appreciation to the council chairman for the rehabilitation of the road.
“This is an important network road which will decongest the heavy traffic along the junction of Moshalashi Road/Alaba Street and Idimu Road,” he noted.

Meanwhile, the Chairman of Ailegun East Community Development Area (CDA), Mr. Ike Agina, called the attention of the council chairman to the Aceland Avenue Road which also serves as an important network road used as an alternative whenever Ile-Epo junction is blocked.
He explained that the road needs urgent rehabilitation to avoid total collapse before heavy rains start.
Also speaking, the Social Secretary of the CDC, Mrs. Oluwayemisi Alashe, who is also Double Star CDA Chairman, said: “I join everyone to also thank our amiable Chairman for the great work. I also want to use this medium to plead with our able Chairman, Hon. Monsuru Bello Oloyede Obe to come to our aid at Double Star CDA. If the road can be graded for Keke Napep and buses to be coming into the Estate, this will also decongest Estate gate.
“Since Okada operation has been banned during this lockdown, it has been difficult to get transport here in the Estate.”
