Eguavoen praises Flying Eagles

The Flying Eagles have attracted praises from the technical director of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Austin Eguavoen after sealing qualification to the U20 FIFA World Cup and the semifinal of the U20 AFCON.
The Nigeria side scaled past Uganda 1-0 to book a place in the semifinal of the tournament where they await the winner between South Sudan and Gambia.
The Flying Eagles became the second team in Africa to book their place in the semifinal of the U20 AFCON after Senegal who they faced in the group stage.
Reacting to the junior Eagles win on his official Twitter handle, Eguavoen congratulated the team.
“Congratulations to the Flying Eagles. ????????.”
The Nigeria team is one of the sides that will represent Africa at the U20 FIFA World Cup in Indonesia in May.
The Flying Eagles will be making their 12th appearance at the U20 FIFA World Cup as they first appeared in 1981.
