“Our goal at Waterlife Safe Initiative is to alleviate poverty and improve the life of Africans.

“I think this is a great development, because in her grave she will be happy and rejoicing for seeing people come out to celebrate her and come to play in her memory.

“This is my first time of watching women’s football and I’m super impressed and I could see young ladies playing like professionals, I believe when international organizations see things like this, they will be willing to support the subsequent editions.

“I would say, this tournament is an eye opener for the government as well, the government will be happy to see something like this and for those that have actually forgotten so early about Ifeanyi Chiejine, with this tournament it will be a reminder to people for who Ifeanyi Chiejine is.

“It will also serve as an encouragement to the government that women’s football should be encouraged more and if you want something to multiply, give it to the women and it’s an eye opener for the men.”
