Dr Kolawole Peregrino Receives COWLSO Silver Jubilee Award for Outstanding Social Impact

The Committee of Wives of Lagos State Officials (COWLSO) has honoured the General Manager of the Lagos State Printing Corporation (LSPC), Dr Kolawole Peregrino, with the 2025 Silver Jubilee Social Impact Award in recognition of his exceptional contributions to social welfare and impactful service delivery in Lagos State.
The award was presented during the closing ceremony of COWLSO’s 25th Annual National Women’s Conference, held at the Convention Centre, Eko Hotels and Suites, Victoria Island, Lagos, on Thursday, October 30, 2025.
In her remarks, the Chairperson of COWLSO and First Lady of Lagos State, Dr (Mrs) Claudiana Ibijoke Sanwo-Olu, commended Dr Peregrino for his exemplary leadership, innovation, and dedication to advancing the Lagos State Government’s vision through inclusive and community-focused initiatives at the Lagos State Printing Corporation.
Established in 1974, COWLSO supports the social welfare objectives of the Lagos State Government and annually presents the Social Impact Award to individuals and organisations that have made significant contributions to improving lives and promoting social development across the state.
This year’s Silver Jubilee Conference, themed “25 Years of Visionary Legacy: Inspiring the Next Generation,” celebrated a quarter-century of impactful initiatives and visionary leadership driven by COWLSO.
While receiving the award, Dr Peregrino expressed deep appreciation to the leadership of COWLSO for the recognition, describing it as both an honour and a renewed call to service. He reaffirmed his commitment to driving innovative, people-centred initiatives that align with the vision of the Lagos State Government.
He dedicated the award to his wife, acknowledging her support and encouragement throughout his public service journey, and also appreciated the management and staff of the Lagos State Printing Corporation for their collective commitment to excellence and innovation.
The Silver Jubilee Social Impact Award stands as a testament to Dr Peregrino’s visionary leadership, social responsibility, and unwavering dedication to the progress and transformation of Lagos State.
