Dr. Terry Eguaoje, Founder of the Female Coaches Association of Africa Nation (FCAAN) and Head of Education for the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) has described the recently concluded CAF-C All Female Coaching Course as an historic milestone achieved in Nigeria football.
The FCAAN boss beamed with pride as he congratulated the pioneering graduates of the 2024 CAF-C All-Female Coaching Course. This groundbreaking initiative, hosted by the NFF, marked a significant milestone in Nigerian football history.
Dr Eguaoje headlined the significant milestone by writing to CAF for the approval and also led other tutors to educate the student coaches on how to improve on their technical skills.
The 3-month intensive course brought together talented female coaches across the country, equipping them with cutting-edge skills and knowledge to excel in the beautiful game.
Dr. Eguaoje hailed the student coaches’ unwavering commitment and perseverance in achieving the success which will pave way for future generations of female coaches.
“I am extremely proud of the efforts of the student coaches over the 3-month course,” Dr. Eguaoje said.
“Their dedication, passion, and resilience have paved the way for future generations of female coaches in Nigeria.”
Dr Eguaoje said the CAF-C All-Female Coaching Course embodies the NFF’s commitment to promoting gender equality and empowering women in football. He emphasized the significance of this initiative.
