Diocese of Lagos West Commends Hon. Akinpelu Johnson for Fulfilling Road Project Promise

The Diocese of Lagos West, St. Michael Anglican Church, Egbeda also known as The Citadel of Peace Where Jesus Reigns paid a courtesy visit to the Chairman of Alimosho Local Government, Hon. Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson, in appreciation of his earlier visit to the church and the developmental promises he made.
During the visit, the church delegation presented an appreciation letter to the Chairman, thanking him for fulfilling his commitment by constructing Bamgbola Avenue, a major road within the church’s vicinity.
The letter stated, “We are indeed grateful for the completion of the project you promised us during your last visit. Truly, you are a man of your word. Your dedication and willingness to serve are seen and felt.”
Hon. Akinpelu Ibrahim Johnson expressed profound gratitude, saying, “Thank you for coming; I sincerely appreciate it. Everything is God. For me, I have made it a personal mandate to keep my word as my bond. Everything we promised during electioneering, we will do.”
The church delegation, led by Venerable Emmanuel Iheome, also called for strengthened collaboration between the Diocese and the Local Government to further advance community development initiatives.
