Councillorship Election: Daniel Ejiofor promises better representation

One of the contenders for councillorship position in Ajao Estate, Hon. Daniel Ejiofor has expressed his optimism for the party ticket of the All Progressives Congress as he explained that his aspiration is inspired by his selfless desire to serve his people and justify their mandate if elected.
Ejiofor, a mechanical engineer who is the pioneer chairman of the Association of Lagos Artisans and Technicians (ASLAT), Oshodi-Isolo Chapter, as well as the leader of the South South Peoples Association in Isolo LCDA.
The Auchi Poly graduate, who spoke with ECHONEWS, on his aspiration, pledged that if given the mandate, he would make more residents of his ward love the party by facilitating developmental projects to the community.
Ejiofor is boastful of his political experience and understanding as well as his influence in the community as the major factors that would pave way for him to secure the party’s ticket.
According to him, he is contesting to bridge the gap created by the past councillors who he claimed did not do enough justify the interest and effort the residents of Ajao Estate.
“If elected, I will ensure that I strengthen and increase the numerical strength of APC in Ajao Estate, change the face of Ajao Estate by influencing the presence of government, Non-governmental organisations, corporate organisations, industries, philanthropists and other related bodies for the development of the community.
“I’m on course to set a record that will glorify the name of the Almighty God but, I’ll like to appeal to the party leadership to ensure that humble, committed and dedicated members of our party become the flag bearers for all political positions. I also urge my teeming supporters to sustain the hope, watch and pray.”
