Presenting his achievements to constituents during a virtual meeting, Remy, who is representing Apena Ward, explained that in addition to the exemplary fulfilment of his constitutional obligations as a councillor, he has effectively bridged communication between his constituents and government and facilitated several developmental projects to his ward and the council area at large.

These projects, he said, cut across various sectors including Education, Environmental Sanitation, Security, Electricity, Empowerment for youths, aged and physically challenged ones.
According to him, the achievements include hosting 1,200 nursery, primary and junior secondary schools students on Children’s Day; distribution of JAMB and WAEC forms to indigent students; settling disputes between communities and service providers such as LAWMA, IKEDC and the Police.
Others include mentorship programmes for students of public secondary schools, presentation of packs of education materials for 120 students and facilitating COVID-19 palliatives in partnership with Unilever Nigeria PLC through one of its household product, Knorr, where 10,500 residents were fed.
Thanking God, the residents and party leaders for making the achievements possible, Remy said the opportunity to serve has exposed him to knowledge locally and globally.
According to him: “I am so grateful to God Almighty for the grace and also to my constituents for the rare privilege given to me to serve their collective and individual interests at the helms of affairs in the council.”
