The Chairman of Last Building Community Development Association (CDA), Apostle Ossy Onyiaorah has commended the Member of Federal House of Representatives representing Oshodi-Isolo Constituency II, Hon. Ganiyu Johnson for facilitating the rehabilitation of Asa-Afariogun Road downward Canoe way in Ajao Estate, Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA).

Johnson had written to the state government on the need to rehabilitate some roads in the constituency which includes the broad Asa Afariogun Road and other connected roads in the commercial hub of the council area.

Onyiaorah explained that the perceived rehabilitation of one of the ‘busiest routes’ in the estate has brought about great ease to road users especially those coming from Ejigbo through Canoe.

“I sincerely want to appreciate Hon. Ganiyu Johnson for facilitating the rehabilitation of some roads in the council area one of which is the busiest routes leading in and out of  Ajao Eatate. The great relief this is going to bring to road users cannot be overestimated. Additionally, as the Chairman of Pentecoastal Fellowship of Nigeria (PFN) in the community, we’ve prayed for him on two occasions because we realise that the development affects all and sundry in the community, positively.

“We are sincerely registering our heartfelt appreciation to him and also praying for him. We pray for more ability to always do more of what he loves to do which is touching lives positively. On behalf of Last Building CDA, PFN and myself, we are saying a big thank you to him.”

Meanwhile, Onyiaorah emphasied on the immediate need to look into Johnson Umejei Road behind St. Peter Claver Catholic Church that adjoins Baale Shekoni Street with Kolawole Shonibare Road, saying a palliative on the road will go a long way to ease traffic concentration on other roads and ultimately make them last longer.
