Community commends Mustapha for water project

Members of Shogunle community in Oshodi-Isolo LGA have commended the Councillor, Hon. Femi Wasiu Mustapha for drilling a borehole at Ayinke Street for public use.
According to them, the gesture is a timely intervention to end water scarcity in the community and relieve them of water hunting, noting that the challenge of potable water has been a major concern in the community for several years.
Speaking their mind, the Community Development Committee (CDC) chairman, Alhaji Adisa Olawoyin, appreciated the councillor, saying he deserves more than commendation for ensuring that the community members have access to potable water.
One of the All Progressive Congress (APC) leaders in Shogunle, Elder Dele Ogunsakin, encouraged the councillor to keep up the good work.
Also speaking, the Chairman of Fabukade Shogunle Community Development Association (CDA), Chief Tunde Tunbu said the councillor has really attended to the community’s pressing need and urged him to do more as there was need for more boreholes in other strategic places across Shogunle community.
Mr. Akeem Are aka Adedibu of Shogunle also applauded the councillor for the project, explaining that it would ease the stress of moving from one place to another in search of water.
Meanwhile, the councillor promised to intensify effort in his own capacity to provide more development projects while striving to facilitate more infrastructures into the community for his people to also enjoy the dividends of democracy.
