Burna Boy’s No Sign of Weakness US tour suffered another major setback after the singer’s Minneapolis concert, scheduled for 28 November 2025 at The Armory, was abruptly cancelled due to poor ticket sales.
Ticketmaster confirmed the last-minute cancellation on Thursday, listing the show as withdrawn alongside the upcoming 1 December tour date in Chicago.
Although organisers did not provide an official explanation, the cancellations follow a wave of public criticism aimed at Burna Boy after he confronted a couple during a recent Colorado performance for falling asleep in the audience. A video of the incident went viral, prompting backlash from fans worldwide.
The situation escalated further when the Grammy winner responded during an Instagram Live session, insisting he only wanted “supporters who buy my tickets and not fans”. It later emerged that the woman involved had been grieving a recent personal loss at the time of the concert.
Burna Boy appeared to confirm the cancellations on Friday morning, sharing a Ticketmaster link on his Instagram story showing both shows marked as cancelled.
