BREAKING: HON. Kareem Azeez Abiodun Takes Over as Acting Chairman of Oto-Awori LCDA

In a swift move to maintain administrative continuity and inform the public about the LCDA’s situation, the legislative, executive, and management teams of Oto-Awori Local Council Development Area have designated Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun, the Vice Chairman, as the Acting Chairman.
This decision was made pending the state government’s official response to the passing of the LCDA’s Executive Chairman, Hon. Prince Musibau Adekunle Asafa.
The designation aims to ensure the uninterrupted execution of administrative tasks and adherence to constitutional guidelines.
It will also facilitate the provision of updates on the LCDA’s status and oversee the dignified burial arrangements for the late Chairman.
In his inaugural remarks as Acting Chairman, Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun expressed gratitude to the legislative, executive, and management teams for their prompt decision.
He solicited their cooperation, emphasizing that the current administration is temporary.
Hon. Abiodun prioritized the welfare of the masses, focusing on basic amenities and infrastructure.
He urged the Executive members and management team to review ongoing projects and social services to ensure their timely completion, thereby leaving a positive legacy.
Hon. Abiodun also appealed to the staff and the general public for their support in achieving the late Chairman’s legacies.
As the APC Chairmanship flag bearer for Oto-Awori LCDA, Hon. Kareem Azeez Abiodun’s leadership is expected to drive the council’s development agenda.
