Sonibare emphasized the importance of fair play, warning that any team found violating the rules before, during, or after their matches will face appropriate sanctions.

“We are now in a crucial stage where we would be strict with our rules and regulations. We want the teams to do away with social vices that can tarnish the image of the competition.

“We have started well and we want to end this tournament well by God grace.I believe all matches would be tough because this is a crucial stage where fans and other stakeholders want the best teams to reach the semi final stage.
