The founder and CEO of Brave FA, Babatunde Balogun has recounted the club’s success in their 12 years in existence.
Brave FA domiciled in Mushin recently marked their 12 years anniversary among other achievements at the club.
Balogun said he remains eternally grateful to God and his loyal players that have stayed put with him during the difficult times at the club.
The club’s founder narrated how the club came into existence and the growth, development it has achieved within the football community in Lagos State.
“I’m eternally grateful to God and my loyal players for standing by me when this club was established 12 years ago in Mushin. The club grew from a group of young players at age ten to now established superstars,” Balogun said.
“The club transgressed from Mushin to become a household name in Nigeria. During this process, the club faced a lot of difficult times but we stayed focused and determined to scale through.
“We were able to win trophies together in Lagos and across the South West of Nigeria with a compact squad and part of the reward is we now having about nine of our players plying their trade in US. This is however a great feat for us as a club that started in Nigeria.”
Balogun however remains resolute in breeding and nurturing the next superstars from the grassroots.
