Atlas Scouting Cup Set To Unveil Next Generation Of Superstars

The Atlas Scouting Cup is set to unleash the next generation of superstars as top football scouts and agents are set to land Nigeria to select outstanding players from 16 invited clubs.
The scouting event has been rendered free while the Alzico Group, owners of Atlas Company will take care of the expenditures of the eight scouts which includes hotel accomodations, arrivals visas and other logistics.
The program which is scheduled to hold for three days, March 26-28 in Nigeria Navy stadium satellite town has been the talk of the town as players gear up to engage in a life changing trials as the eagle eyes of scouts pick the next Nigeria football superstars.
According to the organizers, players selected from the scouting program will get their traveling expenses sponsored by the Alzico Group.
Chairman of Badagry Divisional Football Association (BDFA), Dr Osondu Martins praised the Atlas Company for making it their priority to expose talented players in the grassroots through the international exposure.
He poured accolades on the Atlas Company for being the biggest supporter and promoter of grassroots football in Badagry with the annual Atlas Cup which provides a platform for over 64 clubs to exhibit their skills, with each of them given new set of jerseys and winners goes home with huge prize money and lifetime opportunities for the players.
Osondu who’s delighted with the Atlas Scouting Cup initiative further revealed that, this is a commendable event and the BDFA is committed to give their all in ensuring the program is a success.
