The Chairman of Mushin Local Government Mr. Emmanuel Bamigboye has put smiles on faces of the aged, widows and less privileged in Mushin community, as he distributed packs of food items, Ankara cloth and cash gifts to them, for the celebration of Christmas.
Known by his nickname, Owo Arugbo, the Chairman, who started the quarterly cash gift distribution to this group of individuals, has always given food, clothing materials, and financial support to this group of people during the yuletide season.
The chairman’s gift this year is therefore not an exception, even in light of the challenging and rapidly expanding developmental projects that the Bamigboye-led government will be carrying out in 2023. Speaking at the special free package event, the council chair asked the recipients to continue praying for his administration’s success as well as the success of those in government, noting that they would gain more from it.
Over 350 beneficiaries in all over the 10 Wards of Mushin Local Government received gifts of cash and a package of rice, beans, semo, gari, tubers of yam, and other food items.
