The project, aimed at easing traffic congestion along the busy Ayobo-Megida axis, is part of the council’s ongoing efforts to improve road networks, enhance connectivity, and ensure safer, more efficient movement for residents and motorists.

Speaking at the project site, Agbaje said the rehabilitation was not only about renewing infrastructure but also about creating a more livable community by addressing one of the major challenges faced by residents and businesses in the area.

He reaffirmed his administration’s commitment to investing in projects that directly impact the socio-economic wellbeing of the people. He also urged residents to support government initiatives and take ownership of public infrastructure to ensure sustainability.

The Amule Road project is in line with the Ijoba Irorun Agenda, which focuses on infrastructure development, social growth, and grassroots empowerment.
