Other elected executive members include Hon. Owolabi Kolawole, who emerged as the zone’s vice president; Hon. Comfort Adu, Hon. Daniel Kuyoro, Hon. Adewale Junaid and Oyewusi as Treasurer, Chief Whip, Public Relations Officer and Welfare officer respectively.

According to him, tenants suffer when landlords increase their house rents at will without following due process or considering the economic situation.

He also promised to make sure the association does not derail from being honest to maintain the confidence their clients have built in them.

“We will make sure we stop the arbitrary increase of house rent from landlords. Most times, these landlords act as agents and lawyers, take legal fees and agent fees all to themselves. These are also part of what we will try to correct.

“I give glory to God for making my victory possible. I always tell the members of this association that we have to work together. We must do everything possible to protect the honesty the association is known for. I will make sure that no room is given to anybody that wants to tarnish the image of the association. We will sustain and build on the confidence members of the public have in us.
