Senator Mikhail Abiru inspect the ongoing construction of SAIL Sport and ICT Hub. The ambitious project was spearheaded by Senator Abiru, aims to enhance the local infrastructure and provide the community with state-of-the-art facilities.
The inspection was conducted alongside with the Chairman of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, Egnr. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, who warmly welcomed the Senator. The main contractor, FOLITECH Construction Company, was also present to guide the officials through the site and provide updates on the progress.
Once completed, the SAIL Sport and ICT Hub will feature an array of modern amenities, includes: mini football stadium, An Olympic-size swimming pool, A spectators’ gallery, An ICT Centre, A vocational training hall for trades such as plumbing, wiring, and carpentry, a cafeteria and a viewing centre
Egnr. Abdullahi Sesan Olowa, speaking on behalf of the people of Ibeju-Lekki Local Government, expressed heartfelt gratitude to Senator Abiru for his commitment to bring this transformative project to the area He emphasized that the hub will greatly benefit the community by providing essential facilities and opportunities for both recreation and skill development.
The SAIL Sport and ICT Hub stands as a testament to Senator Abiru’s dedication to improve the quality of life in Ibeju-Lekki and supporting the local economy through strategic investments in infrastructure.
