Isolo Council Rewards Outstanding Staff

The Chairman of Isolo Local Council Development Area, Mr Adebayo Olasoju has shown deep appreciation to members of staff in the council by giving out cashier which serve as prize money to Staff-of-the-Year in different departments/units of the council.

The Chairman who commenced the year by leading the staff in a special New Year thanksgiving and prayer service says the event aimed to foster unity, encourage love, and promote improved dedication to their jobs.

Amidst a harmonious atmosphere, the Council Boss sang songs of praise and preached messages of love and dedication aimed at inspiring the staff for the year ahead.

During the event, the council mayor actively participated in the spiritual session by leading the staff in singing songs of praise. With heartfelt enthusiasm, he encouraged everyone to praise and worship, believing that such moments could foster a sense of harmony and motivate collective effort in achieving their goals. Olasoju’s vibrant singing uplifted the spirits of all those present and set a joyous tone for the rest of the event.

In his address, the council boss emphasized the significance of love and its role in creating a conducive work environment. He stressed that by cultivating a sense of camaraderie and compassion, the staff could enhance teamwork and achieve remarkable feats in the coming year. Olasoju further reiterated the importance of dedication, inspiring the employees to put forth their best efforts in serving the community.

I urge you all to bring the best version of yourselves dedicated to improving our services to work everyday and making a positive impact on the lives of our constituents.

High point of the event was the announcement of Staff-of-the-Year Award in the respective departments/units as the council boss splashed handsome prize money on the outstanding staff and general members of the council workforce. He went on to urge others to draw inspirations from them and put in their best to their activities.

On his part and on behalf of the entire workforce, the Council Manager, Pastor Samson Akinbami appreciated the council chairman as he reassured him of concerted efforts in the new year towards achieving his developmental plans for the council area.

Top among other staff in attendance at the special program held in the multi-purpose hall of the council secretariat were the Council Treasurer, Alhaja Sherifat Omotara, heads of departments and units, area officers as well as the cabinet members.
