The newly appointed chief of staff of Oshodi-Isolo Local Government, Mr Leke Banjoko, has assured the staff members of a functional system that will allow robust interaction with the government and promote staff welfare.
The former Special Adviser to the former council chairman, Hon. Bolaji Muse-Ariyoh said there would be a good rapport between the government and the workers for proper staff management, promising to promote a system that would take good care of civil servants.
Apart from being a former special adviser, Banjoko said he has also acquired experience from the private sector and as a business manager.
However, he stated that he is open to new ideas, to keep learning to build personal development, the ability to comprehend, listen more to people and be proactive for good results.
He assured the council chairman, Otunba Kehinde Oloyede that he will put in his best to make good management of the office for the development of staff and the local government.
He also appealed to the staff members for their support to achieve great success, saying the expected development could not be achieved without their cooperation.
