64th Independence: Isolo 5th Legislative Council Calls For Dedication To Nation Building

The Grassroots Lawmakers of Isolo Local Council Development Area (LCDA) have extended their warmest felicitations to Nigerians as the nation celebrates its 64th Independence Day.

In a press statement signed by the leader of the legislative arm, Mr. Akeem Alarape, the councilors acknowledged that, despite the challenges and diversity faced, Nigeria has made significant progress in its ongoing journey to build a vibrant and united nation.
The lawmakers emphasized the strength and resilience of the country as it continues to strive for growth and development.

As Nigerians come together to mark this historic occasion, the Grassroots Lawmakers of Isolo LCDA encouraged citizens to reflect on the nation’s past accomplishments, embrace its present opportunities, and collectively work towards shaping a prosperous future for all.

He went on to call for more perseverance, dedication, and great optimism in the project called Nigeria as nation-building is a journey and not a destination.

“We have come a very long way in the journey of building a vibrant, strong, and united nation despite our challenges.

“We must hold strong to the beliefs, ideals, and convictions of our founding fathers that gave birth to our celebration today”,

He went on to implore all hands to remain on deck as we continue to provide support to the government at all levels in the journey of making the country great.

“As we mark this great significant milestone of our existence as a nation, let’s increase our patriotism, support, and confidence in our dear nation,” the statements concluded.
