44yr-Old Suspect Under Fire Over Defilement Of Daughter

A suspect identified identifed as Ebere Ezetoha s facing prosecution in court over allegations of causing the defilement of daugther in Isolo.
Ezetoha arraigned by the police at the Ikeja Magistrates’ Court where the Prosecutor, Adegoke Ademigbuji, said that he defiled the four-year-old victim with his finger.
Ademigbuji mentioned that child’s mother caught the defendant inserting his finger into the girl’s anus after hearing her cry.
He added that the offence commited on February 14 at the litigant’s residence at 35, Prince Ibeh Arinze Crescent, Ago Palace, contravened Section 135 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
The defendant pleaded not guilty to the charge.
The court Magistrate, Omolara Kushanu, granted Ezetoha bail in the sum of N500,000 with two sureties and adjourned the case until April 9.
