10 Million for LASU’s Best

The Lagos State Government has awarded ₦10 million to Miss Isioma Sybil Nwosu, the overall best graduating student of LASU for the 2023/2024 academic session. Nwosu, a first-class graduate in Biochemistry, was honoured for her outstanding academic performance.

Commissioner for Tertiary Education, Hon. Tolani Sule, presented the award on behalf of Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu, reaffirming the administration’s commitment to promoting excellence in education — regardless of background or origin.

Miss Nwosu, who hails from Delta State, expressed gratitude to the Governor for the generous recognition and pledged to invest the funds towards her future academic pursuit.

This is part of Sanwo-Olu’s ongoing effort to inspire brilliance in state-owned institutions and ensure Lagos remains a beacon of inclusive opportunity and academic excellence.
